Well here we are at 32 weeks, and I am psyched to have two weeks off for the holidays! We've been going to birth classes, which have been super fun and informative! Here's the latest bump pics:

Third Trimester!!
We've entered the third trimester, aka 28 weeks! :) Here's some new bump pictures:
He's taken to in-utero parkour lately! :) Still feeling good, started prenatal yoga, it's nice to meet other ladies in similar situations. Also I'm craving meat, specifically BEEF. LOL

Halloween Pumpkin and Baby Gear
For Halloween I dressed up Baby as a Jack-O-Lantern!
We've also registered at Amazon.com...but are keeping our eyes trained like a hawk on craigslist, and already found some amazing finds!! Here's some of the cool stuff we've obtained either via craigslist, Amazon or gifts.

Halfway There!
Today baby Boy decided to kick up a storm when I was listening to an elderly gentleman instruct me in tying flies for fly fishing. Either he likes deep voices or wants to go fishing. :)

Movements!
So I've felt the baby move on and off, but the best so far was when I played the Darth Vader "Imperial March" and the baby responded with a flurry of movement. What can I say? He has good taste.

Prenatal Swimming
There's this fabulous Olympic sized pool (plus two others) at the Juniper Fitness and Swim Center here in Bend! I found some great workout classes, including a pregnancy friendly one:
I went to it this week, hoping to get familiarized with it before I start my work schedule and make up excuses to not go. ;) Despite the fact that there was only one other pregnant lady there, I don't really look pregnant yet, and the other participants were seniors doing water aerobics, it was fun! I didn't feel like I was getting a work-out during the vertical deep water fitness class, but afterwards my legs and core felt exercised. Yay! I'm going to try out the water zumba class too, since I love being in the pool and figure it will be helpful when I'm 7 months pregnant and need the weight lifted. ;) I'm also going to try the later evening class (because it will be more feasible once I'm working) and hope to find more pregnant ladies there to meet with.

BumGenius
So we've decided to go with "cloth" diapers, which are NOTHING like the cloth diapers my mom used. After some research and advice, we ended up with BumGenius 4.0 one size fits all! We ordered from Cotton Babies http://www.cottonbabies.com/index.php?cPath=98 because they have a great sale going on, but stuck to "neutral" colors until we know what we're getting. :) Does anyone else think it's unfair that you can buy blue for both boys and girls, but not pink?
Just stick a pink flower or purple bow on top and blue is acceptable for girls, but have a teeny bit of pink in a boy's onesie and the world ends. LOL I also got a white cover so I can turn any diaper into a white one with a couple snaps. Voila!
Speaking of snaps, I ended up getting a mixture of snaps and velcro per my friend's recommendation. As weird as it sounds, I'm actually looking forward to using these. :)

Baby's First Books
And I also started our baby's book collection:
I remember reading "Moo, Baa, La La La!" to some little girls I was babysitting as a good night book, and am happy to have these for our baby! It's good for some humor during bedtime. :)

11 weeks ultrasound
14 Weeks
This week was another visit to our AMAZING midwives, Motherwise Midwifery:
Baby's heartbeat is at 150 beats per minute, which is exactly where it should be at this stage.
I currently look like I've just eaten a big turkey dinner, but according to the ladies my baby's home is already stretched up to my belly button. EEP!
We also scheduled our next ultrasound for next month, the BIG one wherein we get to find out if baby B is a mister or missy!
Since this is my first post about this pregnancy, I wanted to go back to our last ultrasound. It was AWESOME since I got to see baby literally bouncing off the walls! Very cool.
In other news, not too excited about starting work in two weeks, but ready for the challenge. ...I think. :)
